Presses
We print in three-shift operation using the following equipment:
- Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 105 with FoilStar
- Heidelberg Speedmaster AP 102 presses with 8 printing couples, 4/4 colors, convertible
All presses are configured with axis control on each press,
i.e. automatic spectral color measurement for density and color value enhancement with simultaneous recording of measurement results. Every printing couple is equipped with ink temperature control for constant ink transfer.
Additionally, within the Media Group we print with the following equipment:
- Heidelberg XL 105-10P, 10 color (5/5)
- Heidelberg XL 105-5+L, 5 color
- Heidelberg SM 102-4P, 4 color (2/2)
- KBA Rapida 105-6+L, 6 color
- Heidelberg OHZ
